Digital health consulting firm AVIA announced a collaborative that will help hospitals, health systems and others research and share strategies to responsibly and ethically adopt artificial intelligence algorithms in health care. AHA is a member of the collaborative, which will research concerns such as data rights and ownership, privacy and regulatory implications, governance oversight, patient transparency, health equity and priority uses. More than 20 health systems, health care organizations and government leaders have joined the initiative.
