Centivo, a new kind of healthcare company built to make quality healthcare more affordable for employers and their employees, today announced the appointment of seasoned healthcare leader, Ryan Moore, as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Moore will serve as a member of senior executive leadership, driving the strategy and execution of Centivo’s continued growth, with its primary care-centered health plan that drives sustainable improvements in healthcare access, utilization, and outcomes.
“It’s obvious that there are major flaws and inefficiencies in our healthcare system, and it’s crucial that we address them by building solutions that enable affordable, accessible care for all working Americans. Expanding the highly capable team at Centivo supports our mission to redefine what employer-sponsored health insurance looks like,” said Ashok Subramanian, CEO and Founder of Centivo. “Ryan’s depth of experience and understanding in the healthcare space will be a valuable asset and I look forward to collaborating with him as we work to dismantle health inequity nationwide.”
Moore brings over two decades of healthcare experience to Centivo. Most recently, he led the commercial sales team in the East for Everside Health, a national leader in employer-sponsored primary care, where he contributed to unprecedented growth with employers in both private and public sectors. Prior to Everside Health, Moore served as the Executive Vice President of Compass Health Brands, where he spearheaded growth initiatives across two business units and played a pivotal role in multiple acquisitions. He’s committed to addressing access and affordability challenges for working-class families and understands the healthcare landscape from both the provider and the business perspective, holding both a master’s degree in physical therapy and an MBA.
“I joined Centivo because I’ve experienced firsthand the difficulties families face in navigating affordable healthcare,” said Moore. “Ensuring access to high-quality care for all working Americans is crucial in tackling the healthcare crisis in our nation, and it’s evident that Centivo provides a proven solution. The company is filled with people that wake up everyday thinking about how best to serve their clients and members to create healthier workplaces and more positive health outcomes, and I’m excited to join the ranks of this mission-driven team.”
Centivo currently has the potential to reach 1 in 3 working Americans, and will continue to bring the benefits of a primary care-centered health plan to new major metro areas. In particular, Moore is excited about empowering municipalities, unions, counties, colleges and universities with more affordable, high-quality care, given his experience at Everside working closely with these types of organizations.
